  • How much do your services cost?

    Every business is different, so we quote based on your specific needs. We offer flat monthly rates for accounting, no hourly surprises. Tax preparation and business registration have clear, upfront pricing discussed during your free consultation. You will know exactly what you are paying before we start any work.

  • What documents do I need for tax preparation?

    Bring Social Security cards or ITIN letters for all family members, W-2s and 1099s from all jobs, records of business income and expenses if self-employed, and any mortgage or property tax statements. Not sure what you have? Call us: we will help you figure it out.

  • Can you help me start a new business?

    Yes. We handle LLC and Corporation registration, EIN applications, sales tax permits, and initial bookkeeping setup. We start with a free consultation to determine the best structure for your goals, then handle all paperwork so you launch legally and confidently.

  • What is an ITIN and do I need one?

    An ITIN is a tax ID number for people who cannot get a Social Security Number but need to file taxes. If you earn income in the US, having an ITIN lets you file returns, claim refunds, and build financial history. We are IRS Certified Acceptance Agents and can help you apply or renew.

  • Do you work with construction companies?
